Cumberland County, North Carolina Est. 2026
A registered North Carolina home school built on faith, family, and the pursuit of genuine learning. Tailored education for every child in our home.
Education is most powerful when it happens within the warmth and intention of family life.
Miller Family Academy is a home school rooted in the belief that every child is uniquely made and deserves an education shaped around who they are. We pursue academic excellence without sacrificing the rhythms of family.
We operate in full compliance with North Carolina General Statute 115C-563, registered with the NC Division of Non-Public Education. Our school year runs 180 or more days serving students from kindergarten through twelfth grade.
A literature-rich, classical curriculum that builds strong readers, critical thinkers, and confident communicators grounded in the great ideas of Western learning.
Core CurriculumAcademic excellence means little without wisdom and virtue. We weave character formation and faith intentionally into every subject and every day of instruction.
ValuesThe family is the original classroom. Our schedule, culture, and methods are designed around strengthening our bonds while pursuing an excellent and joyful education.
Home CulturePhilosophy
"Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it."
Proverbs 22:6
We believe that a one-size-fits-all education fails to honor the unique design of every child. At Miller Family Academy we tailor our pace, materials, and methods to the student in front of us — meeting them where they are and drawing out their full potential with patience, love, and intention.
Curiosity is treated as sacred here. We ask big questions, sit with hard texts, and pursue understanding over performance. Our students learn to think, not just to test — and to love learning for what it truly is: a lifelong inheritance.
